Hill Country Style

Texas Hill Country style is the most distinctive and beloved architectural style in the San Antonio area. It features native stone exteriors (typically limestone or sandstone), stucco accents, metal roofs (often standing seam), deep covered porches, and large windows that capture Hill Country views. These homes are designed to look like they belong in the landscape.

Mediterranean Style

Mediterranean homes are common in San Antonio's older luxury neighborhoods like The Dominion and Alamo Heights. They feature stucco exteriors, red clay tile roofs, arched doorways and windows, wrought iron details, and courtyard layouts. This style suits the Texas climate with its emphasis on shade, outdoor living, and thermal mass.

Traditional Ranch
