Check under sinks for leaks, test water pressure at all fixtures, inspect water heater age and condition, look for corroded pipes, check outdoor hose bibs, test all faucets and toilets, and look for water stains on ceilings and walls.

Check manufacture date on sticker. Average lifespan: 8-12 years tank, 20+ tankless.

Seasonal Checks

Check outdoor faucets before first freeze. Drain and insulate if freezing expected.
