Driveway, Garage, and Off-Street Options
Measure the garage length and width. A standard two-car garage is about 20x20 feet. Your F-150 may not fit. Check driveway length: can you park two cars in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk or street? In San Antonio neighborhoods with narrow lots, the driveway may only fit one car. If street parking is needed, check if it is allowed on both sides and how crowded the street gets at night.
HOA Rules, Permits, and Visitor Parking
If the home is in an HOA, read the parking rules carefully. Some HOAs prohibit commercial vehicles, RVs, boats, or parking on the street overnight. Some require permits for street parking. Check how many visitor passes you get and where visitors can park. If you have frequent guests, limited visitor parking becomes a problem.
